Results
The average number of correct words heard through the right ear per participant was 6.38±0.61. The average number of correct words heard through the left ear per participant was 5.29±0.72. The average number of correct words heard through both ears per participant was 6.83±0.80. The average number of correct words heard by the control group was 21+0.
Group A consisted of test subjects with the right earbud in the right ear and the left earbud in the left ear.
The average number of correct words heard through the right ear per participant was 4.67±0.63. The average number of correct words heard through the left ear per participant was 6.25±0.57. The average number of correct words heard through both ears per participant was 6.67±1.05.
Group B consisted of test subjects with the right earbud in the left ear and the left earbud in the right ear.
The average number of correct words heard through the right ear per participant was 8.08±1.11. The average number of correct words heard through the left ear per participant was 4.33±1.03. The average number of correct words heard through both ears per participant was 7.00±1.24.
